Yuya Kondo was born in Kobe, Hyogo, Japan. I joined Restaurant Ginza L’ecrin after graduation from university and after that I worked Michelin-starred restaurant in Tokyo, five-starred international-hotel in Tokyo and training of sommelier at some Michelin-starred restaurants in France and I’m came back to Restaurant Ginza L’ecrin as a sommelier since 2019 and I working as Chef sommelier since April,2020. In 2020, Japan best sommelier awards 3rd place. In 2019, 3rd Bordeaux-Bordeaux Superieur Sommelier concur, Pommery Sommelier concur 2019 1st place. In 2018, 7th JSA Sommelier Scholarship winning, ASI International sommelier diplomat. In 2017, 2nd Chablis Cup Chablis Award.
